Once your order is placed you will receive a notification.
Once your order is shipped you will receive another notification which will include a tracking number for you to observe the shipment status. Please allow 24-48hrs from placing the order to the order being shipped.
PoolCandy ships all orders to the shipping address provided. The address is sent through a computer-generated shipping tool to create a shipping label.
We want to ensure you receive your order, so please submit the complete address including apartment / building / dorm / house numbers, university/dorm names, company names, and / or any other necessary shipping information. Please note we are not able to deliver to a PO Box number.
If you notice an error, please CONTACT us to correct the address. If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist you with.
If we receive a returned package due to an address being incomplete, we will ship it back to you, but you will unfortunately incur the shipping cost.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Delivery terms are given as an estimate only and cannot be, under any circumstances, a means of cancellation or give way to claim with reserve, compensation, penalties or damages if the terms are not respected. We encourage you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
PoolCandy is not responsible for delays in shipping:
- If the address provided during the checkout process is incorrect or incomplete,
- Due to weather, natural disasters or shipping partners unforeseen service disruption.
- Customer’s moves / changes locations prior to delivery.
- Loss or theft of customers order once the package has been shipped.
